    I have written on this topic in the past as well. I moved to Australia with an international expertise in my field. I worked in various countries, am highly published, spoke at 200 conferences, have an MBA, etc. After failing to get interviews for basic jobs in my field, I was stunned to be told that recruiters do not look at those over 50. I also realized that the recruiters were about 30 and knew very little about my field. I
