If most people perceive women as better leaders, why the wage gap?

Male leaders rate themselves higher than their female counterparts, but their employees don't always agree.

    Only one third of CEO's will be women in TWENTY FIVE years! That is not much progress. I appreciate that this figure is using past results to predict future trends - but numbers do not take account of generational differences and cultural change.

    Most people under 30 genuinely do not view the world with the same gender divide that we grew up with and currently work with.

    They are our up and coming leaders and I firmly believe that Merit really will be the winner in the next decade.
