    Whilst I agree with the contents of this post and believe they make absolute common sense in my experience it does not resolve the issue. This process is fine for internet usage of company systems etc however the proliferation of mobile devices means the biggest issue for the employer may well be detecting the problem. Employees seem to know that using the companies system for private use is wrong but think it is OK to spend lots of time on Facebook, emails internet etc on their own phones, ipads or tablets. Having talked to many employees who do this they are often surprised the employer believes it is an issue.
