Employer under fire for sacking worker with cancer

The Fair Work Commission has found that the dismissal of an employee with cancer was harsh, unjust and unreasonable.

    It's unreasonable to request information relating to the extent and duration of sick leave? So the organisation is unable to replace or plan for a long-term illness if the employee decides they don't want to release that information?

    This seems like silly response. In the face of no information and continued deteriorating health what is the organisation supposed to do?
