At locations throughout Australia, a national service station operator has been fined $46,200 for underpaying more than 200 employees – what went wrong?

The fact the FWO is continuing to find businesses that are non-compliant with their legislative obligations is astounding. The businesses either suffer from bad management, or poor legal advice. In some cases both. A compliance audit is quick and easy. Don't over think it. Don't pay thousands for a a lawyer to do it wrong. Eventually the FWO will find you. It only takes 1 employee to complain.
