    My Daughter is on the autism spectrum - no matter what happens she goes to school every day without failure. I have no doubt when she starts work she would be just a diligent. She dislocated her knee but still hobbled to school. Employers could really benefit from such reliable workers

    I have a son on the autism spectrum and at age 32 I think he has taken a sick day twice in his life. He is the most loyal and responsible of workers.
