    Workplace bullying costs can range from $4690 per person per year to as little as $600 per person per year. That might not even come close to the real costs as I suspect that many of the indirect costs are not recorded but are simply lost in the process of doing business. These costs could be reduced significantly if bullies stopped doing it.
