While Generation Y workers are often stereotyped as self-involved technophiles with no attention span and poor people skills, they’re also not going anywhere. How can managers, and businesses, adapt to the next generation of workers?

Preparing young people for the world of work is a prerequisite to bridge the gap between what has been learnt by them at their educational institutions & what is expected of them by their future employers.
appreciation of their abilities as well as enhancing their employability skills is a dire need of the hour.
