    There are many organisation preying on young trainees by promising to get them experience and to look good on their resume' but are in fact just gettinhg traihnees making the tea and coffee. Legitimate internships should indeed give experience but should not be more than a couple of months and should not be about tea and coffee. There should be aplicable plans on what their duties will be and most importantly the learning outcome. Many companies genuinely believe that internships will help trainees. Often however those put in charge of trainees see them as a threat and thus restrict them to tea and coffee making.
