While journey claims are integral to providing workers with the cover there deserve WorkCover Queensland has no ability to investigate fraudulent claims. They have one staff member responsible for prosecution investigation. One staff member for the entire state. Ask yourself if they are at all serious about fraud activity?

What they are not telling you is if you get rid of this coverage, insurance companies have to cover injuries under third party insurance. In NSW I have just had to pay $50 extra on my CTP directly because of getting rid of this. At least employers can claim Workers Comp premiums back on tax. Also the rate of Workers Comp fraud is 0.01% of all claims.
