    If only! I believe that most CEO salary packages and bonuses are based on the wrong premises. Most businesses succeed or fail based on PEOPLE. If we treat staff poorly, they will never work to their optimum level. Wonderful and important idea, but I cannot see it ever happening, too much money at stake to change things!!!

    I have worked for an organisation where bullying was sanctioned .... It was an unspoken policy agreed upon by the staff used to do the dirty work, Managers, Directors, CEO and external contractor ... The mental health of victims who fell foul of this process were just collateral damage ...
