CBA under fire for treatment of MS employee

The Commonwealth Bank has been criticised for its treatment of an employee diagnosed with MS.

    This is a good example of where 'organisational intelligence' is quite low. (Without going into detailed research) it seems that many different people made poor choices that increased the impact on her over time. A decent HR or WHS person should have come across and taken control, dictating how she should be treated to insure fair and due process. Without that, a tragedy of errors has compounded the issues.

    I'm also surprised they terminated her on medical grounds without seeking information from the treating doctor. That astounds me.
