    Really interesting (disturbing perhaps) and well researched article. It is such a pity when we lose these individuals from the team. A mixture of quality male and female makes for a highly productive, balanced and highly competitive team. Outputs and achievement should be the focus of employers, not the number of hours in "attendance."

    Thanks Craig. Yes, it's a pity and if for no other reason than financial - it doesn't make any sense! Hopefully good sense will triumph eventually..
