It is not common to hold workers responsible for workplace injuries but what happens when an employee arrives to work so drunk he is injured attempting to do his work, with the knowledge of co-workers?

Yes, but recent case in SA has occurred where Director was fined after he injured himself falling through the roof.

No. At some stage people should learn to be responsible for their faulty behaviours and not trying to blame others for their wrong doings.
