Christine heads up the People function for Business Banking including its international offices in Asia, the UK and the U.S. A member of the Business Banking Senior Executive team she is accountable for the delivery of the Peoples Strategy, including capability, diversity, leadership and talent as well as employment relations.

Christine has diverse experience in various industries including telecommunications, legal and professional services. Prior to joining NAB, Christine held executive roles in PricewaterhouseCoopers including Chief Learning Officer and Director of Transformation and Change. 

Christine was part of the start-up team that brought the Virgin brand to Australia and launched Virgin Mobile. She worked several years in Toronto at the Law Society of Upper Canada implementing a restructure which changed the mandate of the legal profession. She worked with Optus Communications in various HR roles, predominantly setting up the business after it won the second government Telco license to operate in Australia. Her work extended across mergers, restructures and  the IPO.

Christine has a Bachelor of Arts and a Masters of Industrial Relations from the University of Sydney. A Diploma in Positive Psychology in Executive Coaching from the University of Technology and Strategic Human Resource Management from Harvard Business School.
