Victoria has considerable experience in managing large scale transformational change with particular emphasis on the management of people through significant change.
Victoria brings 11 years consulting experience in the field as well as having held a number of executive roles in both the public and private sectors with clear accountability for delivery of an organisation capable of delivering on its strategy.
Many of Victoria’s assignments have been about designing organisations to align around their strategy, identifying new cultural profiles and implementing culture change and articulating and driving change to work practices in highly operational environments, often with deep industrial and safety ramifications.
Over the last two years, Victoria has been the change leader for PwC Australia, working closely with the Executive Board on our "Vision, Values and Strategy".
