Our forum policy follows a four strike system.
1) First warning,
2) Second warning and subsequent three day ban
3) Third warning and subsequent seven day ban
4) Fourth warning permanent ban
If Human Capital management deems necessary, steps 1-3 may be skipped and a permanent ban issued with no prior warning, depending on the severity of the violation(s).
