HR Awards winners announced

Holly Scully of TRC Group has been named HR Manager of the Year in the Australian HR Awards 2023, while Ashleigh Vassallo of ICC Sydney is the HR Rising Star of the Year.

Held at The Fullerton Hotel in Sydney, this year’s event celebrates excellence in the HR profession and marked the 10th anniversary of the coveted awards.

Organisations from across the country competed in 20 categories.

Among the others receiving awards at the glamorous black-tie gala dinner were HR Team of the Year – a title bestowed on Sympli in the category for less than 1000 employees, and for the organisation with over 1000 employees, the title Hays Australian HR Team of the Year went to Publicis Groupe. Winner of the Best Health and Wellbeing Programme went to VetPartners.

The event partner sponsor was Australian Business Lawyers & Advisors (ALBA), with the Award sponsors being Hays and LinkedIn Learning. The entertainment partner was songdivision.
