The results of HRD’s 2017 Employer of Choice survey have been announced
The best employers in Australia as rated by their employees have been revealed in HRD’s third-annual Employer of Choice report.
The report, supported by partner Maxxia, recognises top employers based on their rating across nine specific areas including health and wellbeing, communication, commitment to diversity and remuneration.
Commenting on the results of this year’s survey, HRD editor Iain Hopkins said: “While job responsibilities, pay and promotion are fundamentals, it’s how we work that needs to keep pace – and that means access to the right technology and workplace flexibility.”
The overall Employer of Choice winners in each size bracket were:
- Mantra Group (500+ employees)
- Cooper Grace Ward Lawyers (100-499 employees)
- Xref (1-99 employees)
The report also recognises standout performers in each category.
