Migration

Fragomen is recognised internationally as the leading worldwide immigration services provider. In Australia our team of 130 staff, including solicitors and registered migration agents, are located in Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney.  Operating as a law firm, we are dedicated to advising both corporations and individuals in all aspects of Australian immigration law.

The recently elected Coalition government has introduced an interim cap on migration to the UK. From 1 April next year the cap will become permanent.
Breaching Australia’s migration laws is a very serious matter. In some cases it can even amount to a criminal offence and attract significant penalties including a conviction, fines or even imprisonment.

Fragomen’s Workforce Migration Training courses have been designed specifically to raise workforce awareness about the importance of immigration compliance to your business and to help ensure all staff, including visa holding staff, act within the rules.
